Our values
We communicate respectfully, honestly and responsibly. Personal experiences are labeled as such. Speculation, AI-generated content or advertising must not be presented as genuine personal or medical facts. No one will be demeaned on the basis of gender, origin, identity, sexual orientation, disability, illness, religion or lifestyle.

Binding commitment
I publish only content I can be accountable for, label personal experiences as such, respect other people and do not present conjecture as medical facts. I do not publish third-party data, diagnoses, promises of cure, dangerous treatment recommendations, advertising or unlawful content. I am aware that approved contributions become public and are editorially reviewed prior to publication.
