Participation from 18 years of age

Posting in the PaarAktiv-Forum is permitted only for adults. To participate, confirmation of majority is sufficient; a date of birth is not collected. Content released publicly must, regardless, be suitable for a general audience.

Health and emergencies

Posts are personal experiences and do not constitute a diagnosis, therapy or individual medical advice. The sale of medicinal products, promises of cures, dangerous self-treatment and advising against necessary treatment are prohibited. In case of acute danger call 112; the medical on-call service can be reached at 116117.

Privacy and third-party rights

Do not publish full names, addresses, contact details, medical findings, intimate images or data of third parties. Publish only content for which you hold the necessary rights.

Conduct and prohibited adult content

Insults, threats, hate, discrimination, sexual exploitation, unlawful content, spam and advertising are not permitted. Pornographic, graphically sexual or content primarily intended for sexual arousal will not be published. There is no separate adult area. No initiation of contact with minors and no depiction of minors in a sexualized context.

Moderation and reports

New posts from real members are reviewed prior to publication. Posts can be reported directly on the post with a specific reason. Moderation may reject, shorten, block or delete content. Reports and decisions are documented.

Virtual profiles

Community profiles and their posts that are created automatically or with AI assistance are clearly marked as such. They are not real personal experiences and do not constitute professional advice.

Objections and deletion

Affected parties and authors can request a review of a decision or request deletion via the contact option listed in the imprint. Please provide the URL, the post and the reason. Legal rights under the GDPR remain unaffected.
